Terms & Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

Micro Alpes Informatique

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the online sale of computer equipment, software, and related digital products offered by Micro Alpes Informatique on its website.
By placing an order, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms.

2. Products

All products for sale are described as accurately as possible on our website.
Product photos are for illustration purposes only and are not legally binding.
Essential characteristics and technical details are specified in each product listing.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT).
Micro Alpes Informatique reserves the right to change prices at any time.
However, the applicable price is the one displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

4. Orders

To complete an order, the customer must:

Select the desired items and add them to the cart.
Provide accurate personal and delivery information.
Confirm and complete payment through the secure online checkout.

Micro Alpes Informatique reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (pricing error, unavailable stock, payment issue, etc.).

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely online through the methods offered on our website.
Orders are validated only after full payment has been successfully received.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are available within mainland France only.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and may vary based on stock and carrier availability.
Shipping costs are clearly indicated before you finalize your order.

Micro Alpes Informatique strives to ship all orders promptly and keep you informed of any delays.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

In compliance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, individual consumers have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

Exceptions:
Software and digital products that have been downloaded, activated, or used after explicit consent and waiver of the withdrawal right are non-refundable.

8. Returns & Refunds

To request a return or exercise your withdrawal right, please contact us at contact@micro-alpes.fr.

Returned products must be complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

9. Warranty

Legal Warranty of Conformity: 2 years from delivery (in accordance with the French Consumer Code).
Commercial Warranty (if applicable): stated on the individual product page.

10. Liability

Micro Alpes Informatique shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from product misuse or incompatibility.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, logos, software, etc.) is the exclusive property of Micro Alpes Informatique or its partners.
Any reproduction, modification, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

12. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

Personal data collected during your purchase is used exclusively for order processing and customer relationship management.
